24 Hour Emergency Assistance Service

Many park home residents are elderly and vulnerable, and many residential parks are in isolated rural locations where it is often difficult to find a competent tradesman, especially in an emergency.

The park home policies available from Paul Baker Insurance Services include a 24-hour Home Emergency Assistance Service, which ensures that a trusted, the reputable and qualified tradesman will attend to your home in the event of an emergency. This could be anything from a complete heating failure, the failure of door or window locks rendering the home insecure or even a blocked toilet pipe.

This is real peace of mind service, and we recently received this endorsement from a very happy couple who live at Willow Way in Cambs. “We would just like to say how impressed we were with the service we had today (23 April 2020) about our blocked toilet. Firstly James was helpful and soon arranged a callback; this was Metro Plumb, Dale arrived, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and amicable manner; he dealt with the emergency and got us back on track so we could use our toilet without worrying about the consequences.”

Our policies allow up to 3 call-outs per year and cover the first £250 or £1000 of the call-out depending upon the policy you have.
